What a nice surprise! Germany’s sweet and funny Lena Meyer-Landrut (official homepage, free photos) won the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 in Oslo last Saturday, with Satellite, music and lyrics by Julie and Gordon Frost.
Even though Lena’s English accent is… rather strange (I wouldn’t say “terrible”), she’s such a refreshingly natural young girl. Just got to love her. A well deserved victory. Or, in her own words: “that’s crazy!”
Who said Hannover was a boring city? Lena proved otherwise.
